I'm not sure If I should create a new bug report, or my issue has been solved in SVN, but I'm running digikam 0.7.1 and I need to re-auto-detect my camera everytime I want to use it... 

I do auto-detect and everything works well, the next day, I go under camera, select mine, and it can't connect... I have to remove the existing camera and do auto-detect again... not too bad, but little bit annoying.

i guess instead of keeping a list of camera that I use, It could just auto-detect them everytimes I want to download some picture...
