Hi translators!

We currently have the plan to release digiKam and digikamimageplugins 0.8 
around 14 november.

There is a message freeze for the gui (this was already the case for a few 
weeks) and the doc.  Please only translate from trunk.

Let me know in time if you are working on the manual and need an extra day to 
complete it, we are flexible.
