Look at those two screenshots. We play at what is the difference :-) :

I help you. DSC_0041.JPG appears in the screenshot of camera ioslave, but it 
doesn't appear in the Digikam import dialog screenshot. The two screenshots 
have been made at the same moment and the camera was effectively showing 41 
pictures. Strange, don't you think :-).
