digiKam control pannel widget :

- Add text to identify 'Original' and 'Target' image area ( http://digikam3rdparty.free.fr/digiKamImageEditorPluginRefocus.png )

- Catch the separate line during preview mouvements (Renchi, Tom, Joern : if anybody have a better solution, especially when the line is draw under a QScrollView without a flicker effect).
