thanks tom. the digikam tarball builds fine, the digikamimageplugins
causes configure regeneration on typing make. possibly a file which
needs to be touched. following steps may help fix the problem without
resorting to full tarball build:
- unpack tarball
- export UNSERMAKE=no
- make -f Makefile.cvs
- rm -rf autom4te.cache
- rm -f rm stamp-h.in
- repack tarball
