[Digikam-devel] 0.8.0-beta1 for testing.

Hello,

I've created two tarballs for 0.8.0-beta1. I encourage everyone to test them. 
If all is ok, we can release on next monday. 

Anyone who wants to write a nice announcement?

I've not tested these tarballs, so they could fail to compile. Let me know:
