[Digikam-devel] KIPI CD Archiving Plugin

The attached patch fixes a number of issues with the cd archiving
plugin, the main ones being:
* Do not assume imagecollection == folder
* Respect host app's capabilities

I was able to generate iso's using k3b on digikam (with archiving of
Tag collections as well) and on kimdaba. Please test.
