[Digikam-devel] digikam Image rating

Hi,

I have attached a patch which implements the following:
* Allow Rating of Images 
* Allow sorting based on ratings

A rating.png file is also attached which needs to go into
digikam/digikam/pics directory (svn diff doesn't allow attaching binary
files).
