Area Filtering

Buenas!

While classificating the commits I noticed a few missing areas that could
have defaults. I will set the following repositories to these areas if
there are no objections / corrections:

klettres -> educational
baloo -> KDE Base
kdev-qmljs -> Development Tools
smb4k -> Networking Tools
palapeli -> Games
umbrello -> Office
ktp-common-internals -> Networking Tools?
ksecrets -> KDE Base
trojita -> KDE-Pim?
