Hello Martin,
On the Review screen you decide if a commit should be included in the digest.
It's pretty simple: yes or no. You read the message, you can also watch the 
change (click the link next to the commit to see it) and decide :)


When talking about numbers, it is usually ~5% of commits that are included
(with exceptions, of course) so we end up with ~100 commits in the whole 
Digest.
