necessitas article, call for reveiew, and some updates

Dear team,

After talking with the Dot editors I added an article on the alpha release
of Necessitas to the Nov. 6th digest (to be posted on the Dot tomorrow).

and there is a slew of review to do, if someone could step in.

Once again, major deadlines creeping up for me. My thesis work is due in
two weeks and so I imagine that I won't be available much next week.
