Unreviewed commits

Thanks so much Marta, this week ended up being really busy for me. It is
great to have an article again! The synopsis was on the right track, but it
required a bit more fleshing out to match how we've been doing them so far.
Mainly, being more explicit about what was implemented, a few more mentions
about work done, and otherwise just sticking to the style we have used so
far. For example, capitalization of all projects (kdevplatform -->
KDevPlatform), html links to each project (yup, i've been doing these by
hand..), and organized from top to bottom by impact of changes.

If you would like to do it, "Publish" on digest.org and send it to the Dot!
If you haven't done it before, here are the steps:

Switch Published to "yes" and save changes. Click "Dot Synopsis" on Digest
page in enzyme and copy that stuff over to the dot.kde.org article
submission form. I would also add a sentence mentioning the Gluon article,
too.
