You saw the "Add Links" button above the Synopsis input box, right? :D
It does exactly as you suggest! Also, i've already made the interface to manage the links to common projects, it'll be going live with the media management system update (maybe tonight?).

With this Digest almost done, we only have 2 left before we're up to date (and one of those is only from yesterday, so we're doing well!)

But the reason for this message is mostly to say thanks for your work so far, and to wish you well in your trip to Nepal!

Unfortunately I was not able to finish all three digests before my
departure tomorrow, but I did manage to get the synopsis for the next
digest done for the most part. Could anyone please check the synopsis for
errors and add URL's to the synopsis? I hate adding the URL's because it
costs so much time (maybe something like a WYSIWIG editor to insert links
to recurring projects would be a useful feature to implement). Sending
this to both Danny and the list, to make sure that the message is received
if the list decides not to accept it for some reason (sorry for the
inconvenience Danny). If I have Internet access in Nepal I'll attempt to
continue helping with the digest.
