team effort to review, article for support?

Dear team,

We've let quite a few commits stack up here -- with a little over 3000 to
review. I have some time these evening to go through a large chunk of them,
but it would be good if others can jump in too so we can get the digests
rolling again. There is some interesting work coming through the pipeline.

I think it would be worth adding a feature to the next digest calling for
additional help. Or, as a more permanent solution, perhaps we should always
have a a little blurb about lending a hand in the digest? What do people
think?
