New Application & back in the slew of things

cool, a potential team member from ukraine, lets give him a warm welcome.

I successfully defended my thesis work last thursday, rested a bit, and
have jumped back into the slew. A goodness is there a slew of commits to
review, what happened, where is our trusty team of reviewers?

Well, the articles have been great and the digests have looked good,

can we get some more human power into the reviewing process? we'd be golden
then.
