[Decibel] (no subject)

Hi all,

I struggled for almost a week to get Decibel running under openSuse10.3 and
always got a strange segfault when starting Decibel in the constructor of
ComponentManager.
We tried to analyze that problem and noticed that this segfault didn’t come
up when commenting out the line Decibel::registerTypes(); in
server/main.cpp.
Even if the complete code of the registerTypes() function was commented out
and that function called again in main.cpp, decibel crashed in
ComponentManager.

After that we tried to build Decibel in exactly the same way under Gentoo,
and voilá
 Decibel runned


Anyone got an idea what this could cause under Suse?
