[Decibel] KWallet Integration take 2

Attached is a patch that improves the KWallet AccountConnector for the
decibel daemon.
It is much tidier now. The comments are clearer. The error handling is
better.... (I hope)
Also, it now uses the default KDE network wallet instead of a wallet
of its own, and uses
only one single folder so as not to make a total mess of the wallet.

The one thing still missing is recording what type (int/QString/etc) the values
are so that they can be converted back from QStrings (how they are stored in
the wallet) when recalled (re: IRC conversation with hunger). I will
implement this as soon as I have time - it shouldn't be very
problematic.

If this patch is acceptable, please would someone commit it :)
