I tried to ask the tapioca developers, but all of them seem to be offline at 
this time, so I have to answer of the top of my head: As far as I know there 
was no release of tapioca-qt yet that has the StreamChannel code in it. You 
will need to grab the sources from tapioca's SVN repository and build them 
from there.
