Hello George!

Wow, great to know you are working on this. I'll check the patch and modify it 
a bit before commiting. It should go into the server/kde4 dir for example.

The reason is that I want the Decibel daemon to stay a pure Qt4 application so 
that it can get reused e.g. on a Qtopia based mobile phone. So I want to keep 
the kde dependent stuff in a subdirectory.
