KDE Frameworks port

It's done!

In the branch 'frameworks' I just ported the last plugin away from KDE4 
libraries \o/

However, we use a lot of deprecated stuff now and then in the next weeks we 
have to migrate away from those.
This is a great opportunity for new contributors because porting some stuff 
does not really require a deeper knowledge of the Choqok code. It's your 
chance to contribute!

Also, do you think we should branch 1.5 and merge the branch frameworks to 
master?
