Choqok 1.5 release

Guys,
So, we had plan to release before the end of 2014, But you guys were
pushing stuff into the master branch. Now that it seems like not much
things going on. I think we can freeze the code and test for 2 weeks and
then make the release.

Is there anything else you are still working on? so we need to wait for it!
If not we can do the feature freeze and hopefully we'll have the release by
24th of January.

Also I'm thinking that after this release, we change the rule of
versioning, and do increase the minor version(1.5.X) one number every time
we push a new feature or an important bug fix. so until next release
package maintainers could update their packages and have more updated
choqok in repositories.
Do you agree on this?
