'master' is 3.1 Alpha now

Hi,
Congratulations to all contributors of Kexi/KDb/Property/KReport for the
3.0.0 release!
The code for 3.0.x series is now placed in the 3.0 branches.
Per general habit, just after the major release our master branch in all
the git repos is devoted for 3.1 development.
3.1 is currently at Alpha stage and has numeric version 3.0.90.
