Calligra - FTBFS - due to VC?

Seems CI uses Vc 1.2 for qt5/kf5 stable builds and even Vc master for master 
kf5-qt5.
Was that done by requests of Krita devs? Which would be fine, just needs 
Calligra to follow any changes needed then.

Though current Krita builds seems to be done without Vc being installed as 
dep, so cannot tell by that:
