Thank you for your patience! I think I fixed all the issues and I hope that the patch is OK now. Speaking of border-cases, another one could be floating docks. The people at kdenlive never hide the titlebars in that case but at least for me, hiding them even in that case has proven to work very well for me while drawing in krita.
