I'd like to discuss one thing. Do we want to have the Calligra-Devel-list as Reviewers for app-specific reviews?

My opinion is as follows.

I am not sure if even adding it to Subscribers is a right default approach. 
I tend to add Calligra-Devel-list to subscribers or reviewers for common code like this https://phabricator.kde.org/D126

Of course Calligra volunteers should subscribe to as many lists as they can read but this could be a non-default.
