[Kexi-devel] Two repos prepared for porting to Qt 5

Please try to use the KF5 style of framework layout (the src/ dir,
naming, etc.). Links are on the Porting_to_Qt%26KF_5 page.

kreport does not use predicate/calligradb except for one thing: the
new plugiloader. But we are moving to Qt5's one I think so that
dependency can be dropped to.
