Calligra 2.9 Beta 2 Changelog

I am preparing some announcement, and as always required updated the
plan -- even if approximate we have to present dates of the future not
the past -- we're powerful but not as much ;)
Beta 3 proposed below given our needs and work style, feel free to
discuss adjustments.

* Tagging January 11th
* Release January 15th

Beta 3
* Tagging February 8th
* Release February 12th

Can we can release today? Since tomorrow I am AFK (K == Kexi/Calligra
Keyboard) for a week.
After that if you have any addition to the announcement/changelog
please do so directly on the page (eventually ask Boud or Cyrille).
