Clearly not (as I reported, Sheets builds and runs), though I cannot guess why without knowing what that "something" was ...

Of course it does :)
I'm attaching the output from `port configure calligra-git` which shows MacPorts checking for dependencies and then doing the cmake call, using the default (=ALL) product set. I'll report back in a couple of hours what built (possibly with patches) and what doesn't.
