I wouldn't worry about using mirror disk space. Sysadmin moves stuff
into the Attic as needed.
I do hope you've been moving to the Attic and not rm -rf'ing them...

Please don't use links to the tag tarballs produced by
quickgit.kde.org - that will create undue burden.

Based on a number of geographical criteria. IP Netblock, ASN, GeoIP
co-ordinates, etc.
