Missing dependencies cause incomplete calligra & kdb CI build

FYI

Just filed a sysadmin.kde.org ticket ID #MLT-2672:
"Missing dependencies cause incomplete calligra & kdb build"

Details:

We're missing PostgreSQL, XBase, libqgit2 dependencies for calligra
master kf5-qt5:
https://build.kde.org/view/Calligra/job/calligra%20master%20kf5-qt5/324/PLATFORM=Linux,compiler=gcc/warnings2Result/

The same issue in KDb - PostgreSQL not found:
https://build.kde.org/view/Calligra/job/kdb%20master%20kf5-qt5/55/PLATFORM=Linux,compiler=gcc/warnings2Result/

I'd appreciate any help.
