Junior Job proposal: port export headers to generate_export_header()

Hi,
I propose to offer an Junior Job: port export headers written by hand to
generate_export_header() in the entire frameworks branch.
Possible benefit is not just cosmetic: the old-style headers use
#include <kdemacros.h>
which is not present on system supporting only Qt5/KF5. For example my new
msvc build belongs to this group.

I guess the change is separate enough so it won't be in conflict with
merging.
