Improve major properties for Kexi form and report map elements
- precision of latitude/longitude properties increased to 7 digits
- improved translation of latitude, longitude, zoom and theme property names
- theme always defaults to Earth
- theme is now a list of all available themes
- KoProperty: IntSpingBox updated to support "step" and "slider" options
