Kexi forms: fix computing type for widget properties

- if the custom type is invalid or auto (unspecified), use what Q_PROPERTY defines
- if still undefined, default to String type, not pixmap

This fixes at least the map widget's qreal properties latitude/longitude that were handled as pixmaps
