Building instructions cloned

Hi,
I've cloned the building instructions from [1]
https://community.kde.org/Calligra/Building to [2]
https://community.kde.org/Calligra/Building/Old, so the current WIP
instructions for Calligra 3.x stay at [1] and the old for 2.x is
properly archived.

[1] so far isn't a working build manual of course. The only thing I
changed there is kde4 -> kde.

I also adjusted the notes at the top of both pages accordingly.

Feel free to add or propose improvements.
