More Calligra API dox on api.kde.org, use it :)

Hi,

the last days I have pushed a few commits to have more API dox generated for 
all the Calligra code on api.kde.org.

So feel free to make use of that when talking to other people about using 
Calligra code :)

As you will see much of the code is nicely documented, jay.
So keep on feeling even more motivated to add proper documentation to the 
classes and methods you create, so other people find them properly documented 
and have no problems in using them :)

Still TODO:
* Make sure "Kis", "Ko", etc. are treated as prefixes also on api.kde.org
  when listing classes alphabetically (works locally, need to investigate)
* Resolve Qt classes and kdelibs classes to link to their official API dox
* More nice overview texts on the start pages.
* Perhaps versions of the API dox besides for current master
* Learn about what triggers regeneration
