Review request for Calligra.

Repository: calligra

Description
-------

The crop tool is usually used for resizing the canvas. You might need some more space for your composition, or maybe trim down part of the sides. The canvas is always always a starting point to what you are modifying, it feels more natural if the crop tool automatically starts at the bounds of the canvas. It is much rarer that you need a custom drawn crop selection like is currently given. Also when determining the composition, the rule of thirds is a very common ratio. I think using that by default is a better choice for the decoration than showing nothing.
