GPL code in LGPL libs

Hi,
Just run 'grep -R "GNU General"|grep -v test' on libs/ and interesting
results appear.

If someone is willing to volunteer cleaning this up, please don't hesitate.
It involves asking authors step by step permission, noting down the
plan on wiki is welcome.
