2.9 and 2.8.7

That said, if we had to release 2.9 on time we would need beta soon.
So if 2.9 is delayed, 2.8.7 makes sense. Today I backported 6 fixes
from Kexi master to 2.8.

I see Krita and others have no backported stuff. Is it planned?
