The main website is located at
svn+ssh://svn@svn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/www/sites/www/
In particular though, you're only interested in the applications/ folder.

Within that, you will find an apps/ folder containing a series of JSON
files.
You'll need to rename the KOffice related files (both appname.json and
appname_generated.json) as well as add any new files which are
required, and edit them to contain the correct details.

The screenshot for each application can be found at
images/screenshots, and the application icons at images/icons.

Once you've made your changes, from the applications/ folder run the
following command:
python extractappdata/extractappdata.py --build-index

Finally, post the patch for me to review - as special permissions are
required to commit to the primary kde.org website.
