QuickForms reviews

Thank so much for starting the initiative [1].

I have two suggestions:
1. For easier reviews I propose to make a consolidated patch (your choice)
and submit it to the reviewboard.

2. Fill rationale, use cases, and anything that would help to set
boundaries for this development. I drafted a skeleton page at:
