Changes

Added the changed requested by Animtim after testing the patch:

1) The smooth closing of the path is done using Shift+Click
2) Usual Click+Drag configures the endpoint control points
3) The final point is merged into the first one

Now the user has a choice:
1) Just click on the start point and the path will be merged and smoothed
2) Click and drag on the start point and the tangent of the last point
   will be configured dynamically.
