The shadow docker has not been built since 

commit af0a52787676c8ff7056693b012d36fcfa8cdb79

When the functionality moved into the tool option widgets. We did spend quite a few commits updating it to newer api's though, and I think we'd better remove the docker and ease the maintenance burden.
