Make the project navigator more modern - towards Plasma 5

+ remove function buttons (context menu should be used now, later drop-down icon will appear on hover too)
+ accept single click behaviour if this is set
+ general improvements of layout margins
+ colorizeIconToTextColor() is related so put here; would be user later

PS: Tastes best with the Breeze style and icon theme (https://github.com/NitruxSA/plasma-next-icons)
