Removed the popup which appears every time during copying from external source.


Description
-------

The clipboard brush changes its tip real-time according to the buffer in the clipboard. Just the data in the active layer would be selected for creating the tip. There is no need of manually updating the brush every time, after copying, the brush gets updated automatically.
