We tagged, uploaded 2.6.3 in April but not announced. Tiny changelog,
but we need to announce, right?
I fixed this today :/

Secondly, I'd like to ask for tagging 2.6.4 and uploading the taball.
It was planned as follows:
    Tagging 4th May
    Release 8th May
