Hi,
Short answer: there is no schedule for Windows.

We're looking for contributors in this area. Currently there are zero
resources (funding and man days) so even alpha is impossible at the
moment. I know there is interest since questions like your pop up from
time to time but people that are asking as if they would expect a
final product, and not looking for helping to make it happen. So since
Windows port is never a one-time effort we're waiting for even
simplest contributions.

A good news for you may be that all the advancements in Kexi appear to
be also a benefit for a future Windows version because the software
developed with portability principles in mind. These principles are
not everything though; specific port has to be fine tuned and
maintained by dedicated contributors. They already have all the
support from me and the Team.
