[calligra] plugins: disable video shape, it broke the build

I guess because earlier the video shape was completely disabled. I would 
prefer a fix, of course, that also works on Windows, but if that isn't 
possible, I'm fine with Gopal ifdeffing the videoshape for Linux-only.
