This patch changes the calculation titleOpt rect a bit. On Windows, when floating, the title area would be very small and pushed down, and that would render the docker title illegible. 


This addresses bug 320606.

Testing
-------

Tested on Windows with Plastique and on Linux with Oxygen and Plastique. Plastique on Windows is fixed, Oxygen and Plastique on Linux are not broken.
