Description

As decided on Day1 of the Spring 2013 Sprint, this patch adds a splash screen to Karbon & Plan, telling that these programs are in need of new maintainers.

Splashscreens have to be clicked to disappear, like a messagebox. So people get a chance/are forced to read it.
