Welcome dialog prevents immediate use of application

There are two things, contextual (tabbed) toolbar, similar and the
'modern' modeless ui.

As for the adoption in other apps, the idea was presented at the 1st
Calligra sprint.
I know we cannot afford to do that now (maybe in the meantime Qt 5
port will what simplifies a lot of things with QML 2). This just
isn't the top priority.
But I agree something shall be changed, so if I had to vote, not
displaying welcome dialogs if not really needed would be an easy, 'instant'
fix.
